In Wedding II War, I share my journey through pain, prayer, and God’s refining fire as He carried me through a marriage that ended in divorce but led me to deeper faith, healing, and purpose. This is a story of hope for every woman who has faced disappointment and wondered if God could redeem her broken pieces.

About Author
Lakoya N. Porter, is a God fearing, woman of faith, currently residing in Louisiana. She is a practicing Occupational Therapist with 20 years of experience in helping others through the rehabilitation process to restore their quality of life following an injury or illness. Active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, a sisterhood known for service to all mankind. She is the leader of “Bible, Books and Brunch” club for adult women, and she instructs “Kid” Bible stories (KBS) to young children ages 7-12. In her personal time, she enjoys baking, traveling and reading.
